- Agreeing to the rent and preparing the tenancy agreement including the collection of a deposit
- Deposits are secured with the DPS (Registration charge)
- A full inventory is carried out at the property prior to check-in (Additional charge)
- Utility readings are taken during the inventory and sometimes also in the presence of the new tenants and accounts transferred to the new tenants name
- Local Council Tax account is transferred to the new tenant’s name from the start date of the tenancy
- Collection of timely rent
- Rent paid by CHAPS/FP within 10 working days of receipt
- Professional and Insured Contractors for those immediate little repairs and larger renovation projects
- Property Inspections and regular visits carried out with reporting (Additional charge)
- Online access through our secured servers, to your rental accounts that are updated monthly and available for viewing within 30 days of the following month
We are fully accredited with the UKALA for Client Money Protection services, the PRS, the ICO and the DPS. We are also registered with HMRC for anti-money laundering supervision for MLR purposes.
